sean hayes

The brain behind tuf fitness is Sean Hayes. He is more than a Registered Kinesiologist and more than a Can-Fit Professional Trainer. Sean has combined his passion for sports with his unwavering desire to help others, and created a personal training company focused on two things: results and friendships. Sean has over four years of experience as a personal trainer.  As of March 2010, Sean has been selected to take the position as the official kinesiologist and sports conditioning coach for AFL Canada.

His sporting career highlights include being a member of the UBC soccer team along with his current goal of being selected for the Canadian National Australian Rules Football squad. In the recent past, Sean has conducted motor behaviour research in the sport of golf. His love for sports and fitness allows Sean to have a great understanding of how the body moves through life, which he applies to all tuf exercise programs. Sean also loves to throw kickboxing in to the mix for an intense strength and cardio program.
