We specialize in performance enhancement for amateur athletes from a wide range of sports from hockey and football to golf and tennis. Young or old, athletes always want to get better and you need to find people who understand the science of sports in order to jump higher, or hit harder. At tuf personal fitness we not only train athletes, we are athletes ourselves. tuf has over two decades of sports experience in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
All sports conditioning sessions are one hour in length unless requested otherwise.
