Joanna is a true outdoor sports enthusiast. She is an avid skier, has participated in long distance running, cycling and triathlons, as well as enjoying rock climbing and playing volleyball. Being a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian, Jo has developed a well-rounded approach to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. A combination of experience and education has given her a thorough understanding of how to properly train and fuel the human body. She creates functional, as well as challenging workouts for her clients and believes that it is important to get excited about your goals, take charge of your life, but above all have fun!
